This is the second newsletter requested of me by the Spiritual Hierarchy which was channelled by the Lady Mary in early January.
Hello little ones, I am Mother Mary. I am here to share with you some particular insights relating to coming times and the effect they will have on humanity.
What will happen is the beginning of permanent light body manifestation. There will be a de-acceleration of the density of the physical body and an acceleration of the molecular structure of the light or etheric body.
There needs to be no fear associated with the change over from dense to light body. The physical body you now have will slowly diminish over the next few years allowing the light body to become more prominent.
Those who have been working on developing their light body will have little trouble managing this phenomenon, but there may be people who go into fear. Fear is the issue that will contaminate the whole process.
The physical body is a receptacle if you like, for the light body, and as the light becomes stronger and brighter, the dense body will become less. You may need to think about this a little, but there are already people manifesting their light body. It is visible and can be seen by others.
More and more people worldwide will begin to manifest this through 2009. It may cause anxiety in those not showing the same degree of light simply because either through fear or ignorance they have not begun to increase their own individual light quotient. An explanation on how to do so would be appropriate if a request was made.
When the changes begin to occur, it may seem to be sudden, but will in fact be all preparation done toward this aim over the past years coming into effect.
Many will go totally into their light body. Some will be fully etheric, some will be semi-etheric, some will be less that semi-etheric, so there will be different stages of light manifesting.
Those totally in their light body will become multi-dimensional in the sense that they will have all physic capabilities operating and will be able to move in and out of different frequencies.
For others there may be uncertainty about where and what to be and do. People who are semi-etheric and less, will have teachers come to guide them on this next part of their journey.
The Earth will also change and this in itself may cause enormous consternation, because one factor reliable to humanity is the solidness and firmness of Earth under their feet.
Parents who have concerns need not worry because children will have no problem with this process at all. It will be parents experiencing the problems because in most cases they will not have evolved to the point their children have already reached.
Try to remember and impress upon others not to go into fear or panic, because coming times will allow us from our side of the veil to become more visible, to be seen more clearly by most of you so that you know we are there both supporting you and showing the way, until such times as the anxiety fades and you begin to accept the new way. It will be a much better time than previously known.
You may wonder why I am bringing you this information rather than one of our scientists, but I happened to be available, so the task of channelling in this information fell to me. It is my great pleasure to be part of the team.
I am the Lady Mary. I, and many of the Ascended Master Realms as well as others from beyond are working together to make coming events easier for you to understand and deal with. We will be there to teach you, to comfort and nurture you.

• A few simple ways to increase your light quotient :
-First of all, have the intention of doing so.
-Flood any of the rainbow rays through your body and auric field, particularly the colour you are most drawn to. The Violet Ray of Transmutation and Forgiveness is extremely powerful, as is the Gold and White Ray of Christ Consciousness.
-Make time for meditation/contemplation.
-Eat lighter foods.
-Change your mindset from negative to positive.
-Change your manner of communication from negative to positive.
-Work with a practitioner who specialises in increasing the light quotient.
-Trust in your Creator to safely guide you to the next level.
