6: Channelling from Lord Melchizedek: The Rainbow Spectrum
What we have before us is the coming into frequency of that which existed in ancient times. I am referring to the so called lost civilisations of Lemuria, Mu, and thers, where the energies and frequencies of those time frames were vibrating at peak level. Some inhabitants of Lemuria were already in Light body form with all psychic capabilities in place such as, full sight, full hearing, inner knowing and esonating the colours of the rainbow spectrum at the highest octave.
You may or may not know that colour rays have different ratios of frequency. The level of colour and energy you will experience is the level of colour and energy you are able to resonate and be compatible with. It is similar to what I explained in an earlier chapter about resonating with different levels, such as, if you are vibrating at level 3, you will access level 3 energy fields. The colours in your rainbow spectrum of Earth have the same application.
What you perhaps do now know is that rainbow colours associated with the higher realms and 5th dimension pulsate a totally different frequency to the rainbow of Earth. Within the 5th dimensional rainbow spectrum there are more than seven colours. There are 12 different rays of colour which will support the 12 major chakras of the Light body systems. Some of you have been working toward activating these previously atrophied chakras, as well as other minor chakras.
The rainbow spectrum belonging to the 5th dimension will help nourish the updated chakra system and bring them to full and total resonance. At the moment in many people of Earth, chakras are only operating at 50-75% capacity, because people do not have the realisation of the importance of a healthy chakra system, as well as not using them to their fullest potential.
What I suggest you do is use your known rainbow spectrum to activate your inner body and chakra system. If you are unsure about chakras, we will include a diagram to show you their location, then visualise the total rainbow spectrum flooding through your inner body from your feet to your head, activating your chakras, your DNA, and cellular system. Try to do this on a regular basis, daily if possible, and it will help to increase your Light quotient content at the same time.
The Violet Ray of Transmutation and Forgiveness can also be used on a regular basis to flush any negativity from your being, to clear past life blockages from your cellular memory as well as adding to your Light quotient content. Another method to try is to visualise the rainbow spectrum or Violet Ray flowing into your auric field, permeating every layer right through to the inner physical core. It is simple to do and takes only minutes of our time.
Children reincarnating into Earth at present already have a rainbow aura and this means that their chakra systems are up-todate, functioning at the higher level of frequency. Some are pulsing out healing energies and vibrations which are helping to raise frequencies in their own Earth locations, as well as people they have contact with in their lives.
This may seem to be a huge ask for these little ones, but it is what they came to Earth to accomplish. It is part of their life purpose to be teachers and healers, the new scientists, the new mathematicians, the new medical people. They will help to bring back high tech ancient knowledge into new Earth’s resonance and consciousness which was available at the time of, and preceding, Lemuria.
These rainbow children are all ancient souls with much knowledge to impart. They need special care and should not be repressed in any way. Using drugs to control or manipulate behaviour in these children is an extremely destructive course of action to take which will prevent them from completing their Earth assignments.
By taking the easy way out, using drugs rather than communication to understand what these souls are all about will cause them to lose their way and even desire to return from whence they came. Although they are young in human years, they are ancient souls, and if their life purpose is removed from them, they may take it upon themselves to exit Planet Earth.
Because they are children, they are still in contact with the higher realms and communicate easily and freely with their Guardian Angels and Spiritual Teachers with the memory of the Mother and Father God still strong within them. They will teach mankind much if only they are allowed to.
You may not agree with what I am saying but I am trying to impart truth into current Earth’s situation. I am known for being forthright, but I am also known for having the overall good of mankind as my highest perogative. Helping mankind to achieve the state of enlightenment on offer at present is on my current to do list. It is most important that it happens in this Age of Aquarius which is a space or window of opportunity where Light body manifestation and ascension can come to pass.
As I have already mentioned, I am carrying out the wishes of the Most High God along with Archangels and the other evolved Beings to make mankind’s exodus into the 5th dimension a reality. It is a major team effort with links reaching around the universe encompassing Earth herself.
We still do not have enough people of Earth willing to carry the baton, but are ever hopeful that the numbers will increase.

7: A Channelling from John the Baptist
Hello little ones of Earth, I am John the Baptist.
It is time for me to make my presence known to those of humanity seeking Truth. I do so willingly and gladly with the hope and intention of helping mankind update energies and frequencies as well as furthering his knowledge concerning spiritual evolvement.
Something that perhaps you do not realise or have even thought about, is the fact that when an evolved Being of Light such as myself or any other Ascended Master, Saint or Angelic, channels information into Earth’s resonance, it is not only a message of words, but a downloading of huge frequencies of Light that come through the text as well as the channelling agent, which then flows into Earth’s energetic fields and helps update the frequencies of both Earth and her people.
Those who read these channellings or any inspirational writings coming from the higher realms actually absorb that energy stream into their own consciousness and then download that energy into any areas they may enter, as well as the auric fields of people they meet in the course of their day.
So, Mentara, who is my channel, is deeply accessing my energy fields which also permeate the text and is then absorbed by those of you reading this channelling. If for any reason you reject my energies or those coming from the higher realms, it is your choice to do so and we will not then impart our frequencies into those particular individuals.
Sometimes the classification of certain spiritual writings and channellings need to be seriously thought through. If you happen to be reading channelled information from whichever source it may come and it doesn’t resonate with you, or if you feel uncomfortable about the energies coming from that particular channelling, then it is probably not a wise idea to continue absorbing that energy vibration.
It does not necessarily mean it is coming from a negative source, but on occasion, energies flowing from evolved Beings can be too strong and powerful for the human to absorb and if this is the case, you are better to postpone accessing that information until such times as you can update your own personal frequency.
In Melchizedek’s book which Mentara recently channelled, He specified that those resonating a particular frequency would transfer into a compatible level in the 5th dimensional state. This of course only happens for the safety of the individuals involved, because to enter a higher level of energy would be a distressing experience for them.
They would need to build up to the higher frequency gradually at their own pace. I, John, have an extremely high energy frequency which would place many in overload if they accessed my energy fields too closely. Mentara is used to my frequencies so does not have that problem and is able to communicate with me easily and freely without stress of any kind.
This personal updating of frequencies is something that many of you need to ccomplish to enable you to easily access the 5th dimensional energy fields. Try to be aware of this and not leave it to the last minute by placing all other things that are not really important in front of your spiritual development, because the ascension process is moving toward you at a rapid pace.
I, John, ascended into the Light in a previous lifetime and know the whole process from beginning to end, so I am able to speak from experience about the preparations necessary to achieve this state. I specifically chose to reincarnate again in my lifetime as John the Baptist, to be the one who came before the Master Jesus. This was a program set up by the Spiritual Hierarchy at the request of Mother and Father God, to grant mankind the opportunity of also reaching the ascended state.
I too led a band of disciples, but my methods of teaching were different to His. Of the two of us, I was the hot headed, outspoken personality where He came from a much gentler perspective. Because we were cousins, we were raised together with our families being very close knit, but I had the rebellious temperament, where He always came from the heart.
However, I chose to walk that path, to be that person and although many won’t realise this, I updated energies and frequencies in all locations I was drawn to. My cousin also walked those same paths and downloaded His own frequency encoding which then created a balance, so between us we brought healing and harmony to those areas in need.
Because so many of you don’t even consider your own energies and frequencies let alone those of the Earth, this information may seem quite strange to you; but all evolved Beings who incarnated into Earth at every opportunity, brought with them higher frequency encoding to update the energies of the Planet.
My cousin came to fulfil His destiny, to improve mankind’s chances of reaching his ascension. I myself incarnated to be part of a support system for Him and to help mankind also, although in a different way and we were both put to death for our participation.
Both deaths were political. Both caused Mother earth to seriously react and brought about untold uncertainty and confusion in those followers left behind. So even if you don’t quite understand the processes involved, because I am speaking through Mentara today, it allows me to again download my frequencies into Earth and to all who read this newsletter. John the Baptist has never been considered a healer, but coded within the vibrations I am downloading is healing energy to touch many of you in areas of need.
Those who lack physical stamina and strength I can and will help. Those who have problems with commitment and focus, I will also help. These gifts of healing I offer you to strengthen your resolve and am able to do so through the processes of alchemy which I can utilise almost without thought.
It is quite possible that I will begin a series of talks through Mentara which will assist all of you and bring further enlightenment into your scope of awareness and will be decided over the next few months depending on the work schedule of both she and I. This idea has only recently been formulated, but has the blessing of all concerned and will most likely go ahead at the designated time.
Until then, be true to yourselves in every way. Try to live the values of Christ Consciousness and please don’t hesitate to call upon me or any other Ascended Master/Saint if you need to. We are only too willing to be of service but cannot unless we are asked.

This is not an affectation on my part, but rather, presents the opportunity for me to remind all of you, that you also have a spiritual name by which your soul is known throughout the heavens. It took me a long time to find out my spiritual name, even that I had one, and I wish you luck in acquiring that same knowledge for yourselves.
8: Health and Wellbeing: Channelled from Mother Mary
Hello little ones of Earth. I am Mother Mary.
Do you remember the times when we had suggested to you that there are reasons for all things that occur. What people mostly do not realise is that many things that happen come about because of thought patterns emanating constantly from people’s minds. In the instance of health for example, there are those who worry constantly about contracting cancer or other serious illness which would cause a major decline in their well being.
They go through the whole process of how they would manage on hearing these words from their Medical practitioner; how they would withstand the radical treatments on offer at the present moment and how it would impact on their families. This mindset does not apply to everyone, but enough people think in this way to make it necessary for me to broach the subject.
People who think in this way, who immerse themselves in that particular situation and energy field can actually start up the whole process of illness. How many times have you heard people say, “I am afraid of contracting cancer, dementia etc. because it is in my family and I don’t know how I will cope.”
Fear, as well as the expectation of the illnesses happening, are the elements that will create the problem. People who think in this way actually bring their illnesses upon themselves because they are waiting for them to arrive. They are waiting for them to manifest, to enter their lives and create havoc.
There needs to be the realisation that people who have expectations of illness will actually become ill because they have placed themselves within that state of being. They have started the ball rolling so to speak, and that tiny seed within their cells which houses those particular weaknesses, which have up until then remained dormant, will suddenly spring to life because of the energy gone into setting up the whole scenario, the planning that has been done which then allows illness to eventuate.
Another reason for illness manifesting is because of past life situations, where people passed over from disease, be it cancer, heart problems or any major life threatening situation, with certain triggers causing these same problems to surface around about the same age and time in the present lifetime, so there needs to always be a positive outlook on the health of the physical body, a positive mindset without expectation of illness which makes ill-health a probability rather than a possibility.
This experience needs to be seriously thought through because as you are coming closer to 5th dimensional access, people of Earth do not need or want to be ill. There are some who have decided to bypass the Earthly experience of the 5th dimensional frequency either from illness or Earth cataclysm, but for the rest of the population, try to always remain in positivity, don’t envisage yourself becoming decrepit with serious illness and defects, because if you think in that way, you will totally go into that space.
In the past, serious illness has been a way of helping people to pass over, to leave their Earthly home and be part of the death and rebirth cycle that has existed for thousands of years, but you have all gone beyond that now. You have the opportunity to bypass the death and rebirth cycle and enter the 5th dimension which will allow you in your Light body state, great longevity which is unknown to you at this point in time.
Being able to live your new Light body existence will make life threatening illnesses and the agony and traumas associated with them, just a memory, because in your new body, this will not be a burden anyone will need to carry. I would like you to think about these aspects and remain positive at all times. If someone in your family suffered dementia, mental illness, cancer, heart or liver disease, or any other serious health problem, it does not mean that you need to also. Try to remain positive in thought, word and deed. Positivity will keep the body healthy along with good nutrition and exercise as well as allowing joy, happiness and laughter to resound throughout your life. Try to experience all that life has to offer without partaking of the ungodly aspect of that life.
